Aha! This was a moment of revelation for me. The more I knew, the more I didn’t know. All of a sudden I got it!

Mediumship now became an iteration of the original Aha! moment. Once again, the more I knew, the more what I didn’t know got bigger. Now a Ph.D., with certifications up the yin yang, I found myself challenging most, almost all, of what I’d learned in the world of academia.

There’s so much more to say after 50 years of parapsychology experimentation, tomes of peer-reviewed studies demonstrating aspects of the multiverse, now supported by decades of studies in various theoretical branches of physics with mathematical equations to boot. And, we’re still governed by the idea of a brain as a producer and controller of ideas versus a likelier version of the brain as a type of “radio (or frequency) transmitter”. And rather than a materialist or physicalist paradigm, it’s likely consciousness that is evolving, and existing as the foundational paradigm. While all of this is also supported by thousands of years-old knowledge that’s been passed down through the ages by mystics and multiple spiritual traditions.

While I’ve always supported my clients to use tools that I use myself, like tracking synchronicities and consulting a favourite oracle, meditating, sitting in the power, and so many other ways to connect with guidance from Spirit, Higher Self, and/or deep intuitive wisdom, I now wanted to make this a habitual and consistent practice. I made an intentional, conscious decision to just allow and trust in guidance from Spirit, and in my deep listening, I started letting it really set the pace and map out in bite size chunks what actions I was being guided to take, every single day.

From the teen years of sitting Zazen, through Tibetan Buddhist practice, and Transcendental Meditation (TM) I was well equipped to assist clients in all kinds of guided journeys, quiet and peaceful relaxation, and mindful awareness practices. They proved through words and behaviours, these were helpful. On top of that, this daily tracking of guidance from Spirit really made the kind of difference for me that I imagined were results my clients also were seeking.

When there’s a desire for deeper 1:1 work, especially to deconstruct mindset patterns that don’t serve, and ambivalence that has a tendency to derail intentional manifesting, it’s a pleasure to reconnect with former clients and move forward to the next level. However, a pattern became noticeable. The shoulds, the looping, the self-doubt sometimes continued to see clients returning to non-action, and they knew it! They had the fundamentals of my 12 Pillar framework, however, the greater self-reliance required a substantial paradigm shift, distinguishing the materialist paradigm from the multiverse spiritual paradigm. Rather than allowing the former to dictate from an internalized inner voice that repeatedly gives prominence to shoulds, self-doubt and paralysis, how can we acknowledge an essential coexistence and balance of both aspects?

This is why a small group coaching program is being launched, to help people reconnect and trust their intuitive wisdom, guidance from Spirit, & connection with their Higher Self in a supportive setting of like-minded others, practising and tracking guidance from Spirit together, with 1:1 help from me where necessary. Essentially, a consistent daily quiet contemplation practice of asking for assistance and trusting, & affirming that guidance is always present, and then taking action.

Increased self-awareness and strength, in the face of self-doubt, has heart and meaning and Getting Unstuck With Guidance From Spirit is intended to help integrate and become this embodiment without the looping, the excuses and the internalized voice originating from a rigid one-sided linearity and logic. Let’s move toward greater confidence in living life on purpose and fulfillment, with higher levels of ease and grace.

Here we are, cloaked in a physical body, with something that’s like a radio transmitter. And the radio transmitter connects us to the stuff of which the Universe is made. Can we simply acknowledge, and allow ourselves to be the receivers of thought transmissions? Players in Team Multiverse? Rules here are different. It might need some getting used to.

A few years back, I felt guidance from Spirit pushing me towards training as a medium. Frankly, I was shocked. I was shocked and taken aback. Being a medium wasn’t on my radar. It wasn’t on my list of wants or to-dos. I hadn’t even considered it. Actually, it was almost inconceivable.

I wasn’t the person who had witnessed spirits at the foot of my bed in childhood. People didn’t visit my family home for tea leaf readings or seances on the down low. In my home, I never heard about the occult, the paranormal, or psychic experiences. “That world” was nonsense. Even hypnosis was a “scam”.

That’s not to say, I didn’t have an inner world populated by angels and what I thought of as woodland faeries or “the little people” and I had a powerful intuition, profound and life-saving sometimes. My felt sense (clairsentience), hearing (clairaudience) & seeing (clairvoyance) came in handy during my years in emergency child protection work. These were private experiences though. They weren’t experiences I talked about.

All these familiar real world expressions of the “unknown” were parts of me I trusted by now. I do know to listen when my guidance “speaks”. And my Spirit guidance had spoken! So, I enrolled in a year-long mediumship training, imagining it might be a short-lived year. It wasn’t.

It was mesmerizing and profound! It brought me massive joy. I engaged in 180 sessions sharing Spirit communications as a medium during that year and I completely fell in luv with mediumship and the multiverse. I’ve come to call it the “mesmerizing mystery of mediumship”. I want to know everything I can about the multiverse and guidance from Spirit.

I was inundated with information from this “other way of knowing”. Doubt, if I still had any, no longer existed for me. After hundreds of mediumship sessions connecting with Spirit, witnessing the impact on loved ones, and seeing the joy bubbling up, I find myself functioning in the world in a whole new way now. I have so many more questions than answers.

Once upon a time, as a youth of about 14 or 15 years old, a friend inked a diagram of concentric circles, one inside another, on a cigarette pack. Everything inside the smallest circle represented what I knew inside the circle and everything on the circle line and outside it represented what I didn’t know until the next bigger circle was drawn, and then another and another. As each inner circle grew bigger, it was encircled by a circle larger than the last.

Aha! This was a moment of revelation for me. The more I knew, the more I didn’t know. All of a sudden I got it!

I know people can change, and I know guidance becomes clearer when it’s honoured. I know small actions build evidence. I know a self-designed life isn’t built in one dramatic moment. It’s built one guided choice at a time.

Today I know what still holds people back. Not the lack of talent. Not lack of intuition, or desire. The habit of second-guessing the very guidance they asked for is what holds people back.

So this next chapter of doing what I love is about helping people stop circling the same door and begin walking through it, and living as the person their soul, their Higher Self, and their guidance have been inviting them to become.

This is where the real work begins. Not from another insight. It begins from a decision.

The decision that changes everything is the decision to act on wisdom already received.

What makes this challenging, once someone decides, is the insistent force of conforming to the “materialist” or “physicalist” paradigm. The voice of self-doubt, the voice that creates paralysis, the looping….

The physicalist paradigm is only an aspect of the picture. It’s never been the whole picture. We’re souls occupying a physical body. What we know about consciousness today is that consciousness is the fundamental building block. It is consciousness that is evolving. We’re not a brain producing consciousness, which is what the materialist paradigm almost demands of us to believe.

I’ve had a lot of time to listen more closely to what people are saying even before they begin the deeper work. I listen to them say, “I’ve already done a lot of personal growth work…I’ve tried meditation…I’ve tried journaling… tried coaching…tried therapy…tried courses, books, retreats, healing work, and spiritual practices.”  

I listen to people tell me they’ve already tried meditation, journaling, coaching, therapy, courses, books, retreats, healing work, and spiritual practices.

I believe them. Most of the people I work with have done a lot. They’re never beginners; not unaware, lazy or spiritually disconnected. In fact, mostly they’re insightful and receive guidance. They’ve had breakthroughs, often even have deep intuition.

But here’s a question that still matters, “Has all of that become the way they live?”

Because there’s a difference between knowing something and embodying it. There’s a difference between receiving guidance and acting on it.

There’s a difference between wanting a self-designed life and making daily choices that build one.

That’s where I’m starting from now. “Do you need more information?” Most of the time “No, you don’t.”

The better question would be “What is still getting in the way of You living what you already know?” Because for most spiritually aware, creative, intuitive people, the obstacle isn’t lack of wisdom.

This isn’t about adding more pressure. It’s not pretending life is always easy. It isn’t. It isn’t about forcing positivity.

This 3D life is abundant with lessons, challenges, and obstacles. That’s what you’re here for. You can count on the curve balls to keep coming. Seeing those as opportunities is real, a real step forward. Learning to reframe through a positivity lens raises vibrational levels and that adds momentum to manifesting.

Most importantly, it’s about helping you build a bridge between inner knowing and daily action. It’s about learning how to manage emotion, appreciate what’s working, listen for guidance, focus on the desired life, and then take the next grounded step.

Again and again.

And, today, I’m starting again from what I know works.

I know people can change, and I know guidance becomes clearer when it’s honoured. I know small actions build evidence. I know a self-designed life isn’t built in one dramatic moment. It’s built one guided choice at a time.

Would it be Awesome to minimize internal negative chatter that sounds like self-doubt? Wake up inspired and in action instead of thinking you’ll do something tomorrow? Know you’ll only have to ask and what’s next will start taking shape? Can you imagine feeling like you’re actually building a life on purpose? A life rooted in your deepest desires? A life aligned with your truest values?

How would that make a difference in your life?

So, what’s still getting in the way of you living what you already know?

After decades of learning how to follow guidance, build a self-designed life, and help clients do the same, I’m looking at where people still get stuck.

You have insight. You aren’t living it consistently.

“Focus on what you want, not what’s missing.” I speak these 8 words repeatedly, like I’m a stuck record! It doesn’t mean ignoring real problems. It means to stop giving energy to the problem, so you can build the kind of life you’re actually here to create.

The 12 Pillared framework that’s been crafted for clients over time provides all the tools that I use to build a solid foundation that can hold and sustain the kind of transformation most people requesting services have been asking for. I’ve always been an advocate of the coaching model, which holds clients as healthy, whole and complete, and I’ve always wanted to be an example for what I believe, so I use the tools I share with others, and their results, and mine, demonstrate they work.

I found myself looking for the essence of what distilling down would look like and the 12 Pillars became 5 by first taking the bird’s eye view, sequencing processes and combining them into the structure I now use today, to demonstrate to myself, the why and how that transformation happens.

In other words I went searching for the “must-haves” for living a fulfilling, self-designed life on purpose. I was looking at the tools that help us vividly vision vibrationally, create blame-free emotional accountability, appreciate more deeply, and allow the wise intuitive higher Self, and guidance from Spirit to be incorporated into core identity. Witnessing personal and client results shows me this is what helps us change for the better.

Taking action is the part that’s hard. Having the mindset that’s strong enough to continue playing in the multiverse while turning off the constant drone of the materialist paradigm is hard.

That constant drone, usually someone else telling you the kind of life to want, is mostly internalized by now, a message so old that it arises as self-doubt almost naturally, and listening to it becomes part of the loop.

Most of the time you know what you want, but you doubt your own knowing. You receive guidance, but question it. You feel the next step, but wait for more proof.

You imagine the life you want, and the old voice says: “Is that realistic?” “Who do you think you are?” “What if it doesn’t work?” “What if it’s too late?” “What if people judge me?” “What if I’m making it all up?”

That’s how your beautiful vision, Magnificent You, gets smaller.
