“Getting Unstuck with Guidance from Spirit” Series — Part 5 of 5

Aha! This was a moment of revelation for me. The more I knew, the more I didn’t know. All of a sudden I got it!
Mediumship now became an iteration of the original Aha! moment. Once again, the more I knew, the more what I didn’t know got bigger. Now a Ph.D., with certifications up the yin yang, I found myself challenging most, almost all, of what I’d learned in the world of academia.
There’s so much more to say after 50 years of parapsychology experimentation, tomes of peer-reviewed studies demonstrating aspects of the multiverse, now supported by decades of studies in various theoretical branches of physics with mathematical equations to boot. And, we’re still governed by the idea of a brain as a producer and controller of ideas versus a likelier version of the brain as a type of “radio (or frequency) transmitter”. And rather than a materialist or physicalist paradigm, it’s likely consciousness that is evolving, and existing as the foundational paradigm. While all of this is also supported by thousands of years-old knowledge that’s been passed down through the ages by mystics and multiple spiritual traditions.
While I’ve always supported my clients to use tools that I use myself, like tracking synchronicities and consulting a favourite oracle, meditating, sitting in the power, and so many other ways to connect with guidance from Spirit, Higher Self, and/or deep intuitive wisdom, I now wanted to make this a habitual and consistent practice. I made an intentional, conscious decision to just allow and trust in guidance from Spirit, and in my deep listening, I started letting it really set the pace and map out in bite size chunks what actions I was being guided to take, every single day.
From the teen years of sitting Zazen, through Tibetan Buddhist practice, and Transcendental Meditation (TM) I was well equipped to assist clients in all kinds of guided journeys, quiet and peaceful relaxation, and mindful awareness practices. They proved through words and behaviours, these were helpful. On top of that, this daily tracking of guidance from Spirit really made the kind of difference for me that I imagined were results my clients also were seeking.
When there’s a desire for deeper 1:1 work, especially to deconstruct mindset patterns that don’t serve, and ambivalence that has a tendency to derail intentional manifesting, it’s a pleasure to reconnect with former clients and move forward to the next level. However, a pattern became noticeable. The shoulds, the looping, the self-doubt sometimes continued to see clients returning to non-action, and they knew it! They had the fundamentals of my 12 Pillar framework, however, the greater self-reliance required a substantial paradigm shift, distinguishing the materialist paradigm from the multiverse spiritual paradigm. Rather than allowing the former to dictate from an internalized inner voice that repeatedly gives prominence to shoulds, self-doubt and paralysis, how can we acknowledge an essential coexistence and balance of both aspects?
This is why a small group coaching program is being launched, to help people reconnect and trust their intuitive wisdom, guidance from Spirit, & connection with their Higher Self in a supportive setting of like-minded others, practising and tracking guidance from Spirit together, with 1:1 help from me where necessary. Essentially, a consistent daily quiet contemplation practice of asking for assistance and trusting, & affirming that guidance is always present, and then taking action.
Increased self-awareness and strength, in the face of self-doubt, has heart and meaning and Getting Unstuck With Guidance From Spirit is intended to help integrate and become this embodiment without the looping, the excuses and the internalized voice originating from a rigid one-sided linearity and logic. Let’s move toward greater confidence in living life on purpose and fulfillment, with higher levels of ease and grace.
